Transit in Beijing 2012

Summer holiday has already coming. I was spending 4 months to study Mandarin in Nanjing, China. My family asked me to go home to Indonesia. I do miss my family too, the way I fight with my brother and sister, the way my mum angry with me because I just sit behind the computer all TV all day long (hehe.. ) but, more than that I also want to travel around China.. Well, after long time of thought I decide to go home. But, I also want to travel before I go home (evil smile... :) ) so I did transit first to Tianjin and Beijing before Indonesia.

I have two reason for my Mum, why i should take a flight from Beijing. First is the cheaper flight ticket from Beijing compare to Nanjing and second I  also can buy cheaper souvenir in Beijing

Above is the trem in Qianmen, Shopping at Wangfujing also you can see the  special food you can find  -a scorpion satay, and in the midde is the shop at Hutong Area. 

Had a great time with my friend, Alex . He took me to Beijing  University and take a tour  there.  

I heard a beautiful sound from kind of flute but a lil bit different because it's a chinese traditional instrument. The teacher is Chinese but the student is a foreigner.

Beijing University is a famous university in Beijing also China, Beside Tsing Hua University. I like the atmosphere here, very green and cool. There are so many trees there. The building also has a classic architecture felt like walking inside the garden. 

For your tips: Right now some universities in Beijing like Tsing Hua and Beijing University they didn't allow people to pay a visit beside on saturday and sunday, or you can do like me and my friend, he call his friend first -student of beijing university- to help us passed through the security guard.

I've been hosting number of people from many different countries since I joined CouchSurfing, Traveling Community. However, this time was my first experience hosting Korean . Not only one or two but Three altogether. Yupp! 3 of them lived in my lovely mini simple and modest Hello Kitty Flat. They are Lina Onni, Kim Oppa, and Min Oppa.

Swiss Van Java- My Holiday House...

Fresh air, cold breeze, green panoramic view, natural combination scents of trees, flowers, also 'animals' special scent, and it's all wrap up with the sound of nature's choir, bamboo sound, drifting river, bass sound of frogs, birdsong, cows, goat, and not to forget of insects soprano voice. Tranquil feeling suddenly grow on you, handed on silver platter to got those magical feeling be yours.

Blessed, for the magical fairy tale place is my hometown. I used to take it for granted as my mum lived here since she was a child. Then, my mum moved to the downtown, Bandung, capital city of West Java, my family live here,  moreover I moved to Jakarta capital city of Indonesia, where the place is so crowded and the air so polluted. I couldn't take it for granted anymore. This place become my sanctuary. My favorite activity here, is doing nothing, relax, and sit back. 

I often tell my friend and my guest from all around the world about my hometown. many of them go overboard with it, fall for my story, even call of her flight schedule just for joining trip to my hometown. So release, she told me that she's not regret crazy thing just she did, she fell in love with my hometown indeed.

 on my left side, is my holiday house... not a big and luxury one though. My house facilitate with 1 master bed room, 1 smaller room, 1 master bath room with bath tub and hot water, 1 smaller toilet, kitchen, fire place, living room, and huge yard with barn and farm :).  I can load my home with many friends in it since i told my friend to bring their own sleeping bag. i also can build a tent in front of my house if you want to feel it as if we are camp in the mountain.

I also have a relatives whose house is in the top of the hill. We should do tracking to reach that place. If it's rainy the track will be muddy and dangerously fun!! The views on the way we get there also breathtaking view...

After a long way ups and down, rise and fall finally we arrived to the top of the hills villa. My relatives, my mum's uncle, was a pilot. He used to go to this villa by small plane or heli that's why there's a helipad here... and here's the view

I love Hanbok the traditional outfit from Korea. Hanbok especially for woman is so adorable. The cloth is so polite covered the woman's body perfectly and beautifully. It's like a maxi dress cover hand with long sleeve and also for the downside like a maxi skirt and covered the leg. Its  design makes the beautiful curve in woman's body and so elegance. The vivid colour and abundance material make it even brighter and mesmerizing. Then, i'm thinking why don't I combine Hanbok with Hijab become HIJABI STYLE HANBOK

The university of life through traveling

To travel is like opening a new page of a book. I learned many thing from my journey. Everything is so important. People that i met was so inspiring they taught me about a precious and priceless life lesson. Everyone that I met during my journey become my guru that really inspired me from what they did and experienced. All people are unique and special. I love them. I can't thank you enough for what they've done to me it was so amazing. I hope i can be a better person and this all is because of you guys. Let's make this world a happy place to live since all the people are lovely and caring each other like just what we did. 

Edward and Lisa, Russian Couple, my host in Ao Nang-Krabi. They taught me about being independent  in the early age.  18 years old doesn't give you any excuse to be an unreliable teenager that sometime still unstable. They successfully proved me by making huge changing that moving to a small city in Thailand called Ao Nang and live there just two of them far from family and friends. 

Azzam and Azi are my host in Selangor, Malaysia. They gave me Last Minute Couch when I don't have any place to stay. They family are so inspiring they father is a successful businessman that has been graduate from Business School Harvard University. Azzam also so talented with Music and Filmography. He and his brothers and sister are lovely and nice. Feels like home when i stay at their house. I found a family there.

Oh my God!! I love Darcy and His Mom. Darcy is my host in Singpore. His house nearby Yishun MRT Station.What a nice Mom and Son. I love them  with  the way they  accept me in their lovely house.  He  is extremely nice, i know from his face he's so tired but he keep smiling and taking me to go around city. His mom also the best mom ever, she's got the truly beauty both inside and outside. She can be a caring mom, fun friend, and loving sister.
