Job or jobless

Having graduate from a baby born university, unintentionally major study, and early leaving campus, made my path not so organize. Ironically, i learn management but my life itself poorly managed. I get my bachelor degree at 20 years old. I have a not so called bad grade, i graduate with GPA 3.9 scale 1 to 4 with lots of support from my lecturer, thanks to them. But then,  I don't know what to do to myself. Due to my cheap and unstable adolescence condition or in Indonesian popular word known as Ababil stage. I just applied to companies unconsciously. I'm going to study mandarin in China meanwhile I wait for the academic year in China I tried to apply a job also I could get working experience by that. it's useful for my CV and Scholarship requirement, some scholarship program has a minimum working experience requirement such as for study MBA.


There are some obstacles in my job as a fresh graduate employee,

1. Be careful whether they treat you fair or not. When you a bachelor degree supposed to have a better place than diploma one but if the company just placing you unfair. there must be something wrong with the company. It doesn't add up for sure.
2. They give you overload of work. You are just a beginner with certain portion. You do have to give the best of you but don't overdo it. Company already has a regulation about working time and portion along the position. But it back to  your choice whether want to work hard or work smart.
3. Tutor who doesn't teach you well. if your tutor is a good one she will make you smart, somehow she will let you do some job and supervise you but a bad one she will just instruct you without any explaination. If this happen to you, you have to more active to gain knowledge. sometime she just give you loads of borring job instruction and you don't have time to learn anything else.

To wrap this up, I'd like to say how you want to be in your life is about your choice... Love it (your job) or leave it. Also you can do what you love or love what you do if you can't do both back to the first one just leave it. world is huge and don't be sad if you don't succeed  at the very beginning.

Other than that, Nothing better but being entrepreneur.... I also want to be successful entrepreneur someday...
